I forgot my username.

Your username is the email address that you used to register your account. If you do not know what email address you used, contact Technical Support by filling out the form below.

I forgot my password.

If you do not remember your password, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot Password link underneath the Login button. Enter your email address and click Submit. A new password will be sent to you within 30 minutes.

I did not receive my password reset email.

Please allow up to 30 minutes to receive the password reset email. Check your Spam folder to make sure it did not get filtered out of your Inbox.

When I try to log in, I receive the following error: Invalid Username and/or Password.

There are a few reasons you may be receiving this error.

  • Passwords are case sensitive. If you are logging in from a laptop or desktop computer, make sure Caps Lock is off.
  • Some browsers may auto-fill previously saved usernames and passwords. Try clearing your browser’s cache before logging in.

If you still are unable to access your account, please contact Technical Support using the form below.

When I enter my Access Code, I get the error "Access Code is already in use."

There is a chance you are already successfully registered in this course. Please log in and check for the access code under your Current Course Enrollments. If you do not see the code you are attempting to register, please contact Technical Support.

Some features such as videos and review presentations, do not appear. Instead "Get Adobe Flash" appears

You will need to download the latest version of Adobe Flash for your browser. If you are on a mobile device that does not support flash, please see the note about mobile devices below.

Can I use a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet?

Most features will be available on a smartphone or tablet. The exception will be certain simulations that require Flash.

The words "Access Denied" appear in place of the videos.

Most likely, your computer is connected to a network with a web filtering service. Check with your system administrator to make sure that both the website for the CMS and the website are not blocked.

I cannot open some worksheets or exams.

Your instructor may have time restrictions in place on homework or exams. Check with your instructor if you are unable to open a worksheet or exam.
